We unfortunately had water raining down in our kitchen from the unit above us. It was horrible and so stressful but Tad and his team were there quickly to help us. We are tenants and were worried that all communications would go through the owner but Tad’s team was wonderful at updating both us and the owners frequently. Dude - my water heater broke and flooded my stairway and ceilings. The Certified restoration team were absolutely life-savers. They came same day we called even though it was a Saturday and got the dry out procedure done. Bryan was the person handling the whole process and was empathetic throughout the entire process. They also recommended a contractor who was great and got it all repaired after the water damage was mitigated. I had an excellent experience with Certified Restoration at my house in downtown San Diego, especially with Tad. After a clean-water toilet overflow soaked the walls and the carpet at the entrance of my bathroom, Tad responded quickly and handled the remediation with urgency, professionalism, and great attention to detail. He was aggressive in getting the problem under control, but also very thorough and efficient. He placed dehumidifiers, fans, heaters, and equipment in the wall area to make sure everything was properly dried and remediated. The work was done perfectly, and I felt confident the issue was handled the right way. Tad also called me every day with updates, which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Certified Restoration and would definitely ask for Tad again.

It's 1AM and you wake up to a blown out water heater running from the attic to the living room... What do you do?  You call Certified Restoration.  The ENTIRE team from first contact to final payments and billing were nothing short of totally awesome.  They treated out home with respect and care and we're sensitive to the situation with us.  Super communicative and very easy to work with. My insurance company was kinda hard on them but they were really nonchalant about it and just kept on task. I went to their location to drop off the insurance check and even met the owner. He was super cool and we chatted for 30 mins about whatever.  Just a chill dude.
