Phenomenal job! Tad, Bryan, Isaiah, and Luis are truly the dream team. They are prompt, professional, trustworthy, and genuinely kind--everything you hope for when you need help in a stressful situation. We needed their services immediately, and they showed up and delivered beyond our expectations. Bryan and Isaiah with Certified Restoration were absolutely the best! They came so quickly after being called and had our drying setup completed in record time. They were exceptionally nice and professional, and were very patient with our attention seeking dog! Had a drain blockage that caused water damage to my condo. Bryan, Adan, Tomas, and Luis were professional, responsive, and helped bring a little calm to a really stressful situation. Extra kudos to Bryan-- he was here every day and connected before arriving so I had an ETA on when to expect a crew. This is really important to me from any service provider. Playing the waiting game is an inconvenience for anyone and can set the tone for the rest of your day. Bryan touched base at the start and end of each day, and checked in throughout. He really kept things moving along. Still a long way to go until things are back to normal for me, but I appreciate the quick action on cleanup and mitigation and how they helped make things feel more manageable. Certified Restoration came the rescue to remove water damaged cabinets, flooring and drywall. Jesus throughly explained the process thereby minimizing my stress and worry. The technician, Ulises, was very professional and neat. He prepared our home to minimize dust and debris. Had a recent mold issue in both my bathrooms. Ulises and Adan were super kind and respectful during me entire service appointment. Not only did they complete the restoration to both my bathrooms, they noticed there was some to the bathroom door and took care of that as well. I have been working with Mike and Tad for many years. You cannot ask for a better company to come in and do restoration services. These guys are the real deal and will get any disaster taken care of and they do an absolutely beautiful job. Great company. I called them to investigate a musty smell in a little used bathroom. Arrived on time and Jesus did a thorough inspection, reporting a low water level in toilet which was causing moldy buildup inside bowl. He cleaned and deodorized the toilet and checked bathtub. There is carpet in the bathroom but he found no dampness. There was no attempt to sell me unnecessary work. He was extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. The person who answered my initial call was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I recommend calling them if you have any water damage or mold issues in your home or office.
