They came same day we called even though it was a Saturday and got the dry out procedure done. Bryan was the person handling the whole process and was empathetic throughout the entire process. They also recommended a contractor who was great and got it all repaired after the water damage was mitigated. After a clean-water toilet overflow soaked the walls and the carpet at the entrance of my bathroom, Tad responded quickly and handled the remediation with urgency, professionalism, and great attention to detail. He was aggressive in getting the problem under control, but also very thorough and efficient. He placed dehumidifiers, fans, heaters, and equipment in the wall area to make sure everything was properly dried and remediated. The work was done perfectly, and I felt confident the issue was handled the right way. Tad also called me every day with updates, which I really appreciated. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Certified Restoration and would definitely ask for Tad again.

You call Certified Restoration.  The ENTIRE team from first contact to final payments and billing were nothing short of totally awesome.  They treated out home with respect and care and we're sensitive to the situation with us.  Super communicative and very easy to work with. My insurance company was kinda hard on them but they were really nonchalant about it and just kept on task. I went to their location to drop off the insurance check and even met the owner. Extra kudos to Bryan-- he was here every day and connected before arriving so I had an ETA on when to expect a crew. This is really important to me from any service provider. Playing the waiting game is an inconvenience for anyone and can set the tone for the rest of your day. Bryan touched base at the start and end of each day, and checked in throughout. Not only did they complete the restoration to both my bathrooms, they noticed there was some to the bathroom door and took care of that as well.  Verified Great company. I called them to investigate a musty smell in a little used bathroom. Arrived on time and Jesus did a thorough inspection, reporting a low water level in toilet which was causing moldy buildup inside bowl. He cleaned and deodorized the toilet and checked bathtub. There is carpet in the bathroom but he found no dampness. There was no attempt to sell me unnecessary work. He was extremely nice, pleasant and helpful. The person who answered my initial call was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I recommend calling them if you have any water damage or mold issues in your home or office.
