Do not listen to the positive reviews. We experienced a major bait-and-switch with this company. This company will tell you what you want to hear but when it comes to completing the job; they will lie about the agreed upon scope of work to do less/not complete the job satisfactorily.Here's the story: A neighbor died in our community who did not have any local family to step in to help. The deceased neighbor's dog was left alone for days, creating a mess of feces and urine. The house was in filthy condition. Since the dog was urinating off the side of the balcony, urine built up urine on the railings as well as below on the concrete.A group of us in the community stepped in to try to help this family who was dealing with an immense amount of grief. We knew this would take more than a normal deep cleaning service to clean/repair the type of damage that had been done.I contacted Michael and he assured me this company would do everything we needed. He said they would clean everything thoroughly, disinfect everything, get rid of the urine/feces, as well as haul away the trash. When we spoke on the phone, I told him that I did not have pictures of the upstairs area but it was just as filthy as what can be seen in the pictures. He agreed to clean the entire 900 sq ft condo.Days before the job, I asked Michael to notify me when the job was complete so I could check the work. I received no response: that was the first red flag. My neighbor also asked the workers that day if they could let her know when they were done so she could check the work (she was home and available). They just took off without letting either of us know.If the job was not completed to satisfaction, we simply wanted to know so that we could work it out same day. If Michael felt it merited more fees that could have been discussed. However, we were not given the opportunity to even check their work. They took the money and ran.It was such a waste of money; a deep cleaning service could have done a better job for way less. If they knew they could not complete the job to satisfaction, they should have been up front and honest about their capabilities.Then when we asked Michael about it, he lied through his teeth and said the scope of work was only what was in the pictures. That was a complete lie, he knew we wanted the upstairs done and he even asked about it via text. I have screenshots of everything.We gave him the opportunity to save our experience because we saw all the positive reviews, so we thought he cared about his reputation. Apparently, he doesn't because he did not offer any solution to rectify the problem. No offering to come back out and complete the job, or provide a refund since it wasn't completed to satisfaction. Just a big fat "You're out of luck, HAHA, Got you!"If you make the mistake of going with this company, be sure to either record your phone conversation with him or get a detailed scope of work in writing because this worm will try to wriggle his way out of agreements.

5+ stars, we have had them out a couple times for an on going sewer issue. Always do an excellent job, double checking with us to make sure alls taken care of. Highly recommend them, Art and Vlises were our techs the last time and did an amazing job . Personally I wouldn't use any other company.
Please, put Certified Restoration in your contacts! You’ll thank me later. If you have water damage to your property, as I did twice, you will need a team that works quickly, carefully, safely (we had black water contamination), and just as importantly, kindly!! Tad, Tomas, Arturo, and Hugo are skilled workers, and they spoke with me using kindness and empathy during a super stressful time. All of our belongings were carefully moved and stored, demo and clean up happened in one (very long for them) day, and they checked moisture levels each day till they could give me the all-clear. Our world needs more skilled, careful workers like this team. Thanks, guys.
Certified Restoration when above and beyond. We are moving into a family home that had a serious past pet odor problem that had to be addressed before anyone could move in. Mike, Ulises, and Luis were not only on time. They all stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly. Super stoked with their professionalism and job performance.Don’t waste your time with other competitors when these guys not only come in clutch and got the job done. The prices were very competitive with all the other quotes I got but the service was priceless.
Honest and trustworthy!I called certified restoration for a mold issue in my restroom.After discussing and letting him know my budget was really small.Certified restoration put people over profit. He gave me step by step advice and instructions on how to take care of the mold problem my self. He even called to check in on me to make sure how things were going.It’s rare that companies are this honest and just want to help people before anything.I highly recommend certified restoration.

HIGHLY recommend Certified Restoration! I have never experienced such a high level of customer service -anywhere. Tad coordinated all activities related to the water leak -first time I had experience such a disaster. He walked me through what to expect and provided information to questions I hadn't even asked yet. Each team member working in my home was professional, courteous, and helpful. I recently had some water damage due to a storm and Michael came to the rescue. I made a call to him late at night and he took the time to walk me through the process and assure me they would take care of it ASAP. He came over the next day as promised and was very informative. He was straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. Customer service skills were exceptional from the minute I spoke to him to the time the job was done. This business is amazing! Highly recommended! I called for an urgent (same day) restoration due to a water leak on a Sunday and spoke with Tad. He was great to work with and made everything very easy from the beginning to end. The level of professionalism is on point and the continuous communication was very much appreciated. Tomas and his partner came out to do the restoration that Sunday. They did an amazing job from cleaning out the damages to tidying up the space and helping with the leak. Overall, great team and a great company.
Overall great company to deal with. They were called in when my condo was flooded by a main line backup. They arrived promptly and quickly got to work. Tomas, the lead technician that day, explained everything they were doing and what the next steps would look like. They were extremely accommodating and over the next few days, Tad the manager, kept communicating what was happening next. They also worked hand in hand with a 3rd party that came in to get rid of asbestos that had been detected in the sheet rock. If you need water abatement, look no further. Highly recommend!

highly professionals 5 stars! Our master bathroom toilet was leaking right into the subfloor. We could detect the... leakage only when mold started to show on the first-floor ceiling. ASI (our home insurance) contacted Certified Restoration. On the same day, Tyler came for an inspection and wrote a report to the insurance. Tyler explained to us what went wrong and what he was about to do. On Friday Tyler and Tomas came to start the work. They took off all the damaged and rotten subfloor, sanitized the whole space against bacteria, and left huge drying machines to work throughout the weekend. On Monday they returned to inspect. Once they made sure everything was dry, they cleaned the area and removed the driers. Never before had I seen a demolition done in such a clean and elegant way: They wrapped the toilet in bags and left it on a special surface so that it won't scratch the master bathroom floor. They put a zipped door with many caution signs to make sure nobody enters by mistake. They also left a zipped wall downstairs to allow the repair team to do its work without filling the house with dust. I cannot praise enough Tyler and Tomas enough for their excellent and professional work. Thank you!read more
