I really like working with this Company. They will tell you all the steps that need to be taken. They communicate with the Insurance. OHHHH yea they really know what they are doing. I have worked with them 2 times and it is so frustrating to have to deal with a bad water leak. Every time I have worked with them, I have found Tad and Michael to be really patient and compassionate. They calmed me down and they assured me all will be taken care of. I was in a sad mood after the water leak but after we talked and they told me what we can do and that they will work with the insurance I felt so much better. Thank you Certified Restoration.

Living in a condo always leads to some fun adventures. Especially when a moving company knocks off a sprinkler head in the unit above yours which results in water pouring into your unit. When this happened to be me I was very confused as to what do next. Certified Restoration and especially Tad were on it within the hour. Helped take a stressful situation and make it easy to manage and guided me every step of the way for almost 2 months, well after their portion of the work was done. This included navigating the fun insurance claim process and providing documentation to the insurance company that was complete the very first time. I cannot say this for the other contractors and how much having their attention to detail to paperwork and pictures helped. If ever I find myself dealing with an unexpected water issue, I know where my first call will always be. Kudos Tad and the entire Certified Restoration team.

This company is great and it is because of the staff. Everyone I talked with were helpful and nice including my first call with Michael and the many subsequent communications with Tad via phone, text, and email. Tad is a superstar as far as customer service. All professional and followed through on timelines and cost. Since I was having to pay out of pocket for water damage that occurred they worked with me based on that. The crew was very careful in the removal of some of the woodwork that could be saved so that it wouldn’t cost me later in the repair process. Their referral partners they work with are also great from the mold test folks to the repair folks-Brian from A-OK Painting. Overall, great experience, nice people to work with, they don’t get annoyed with questions like some contractors do, they follow-up when they say they will, and the cost was completely reasonable. Highly recommended.

I own a 1st floor condo in a 1970’s 3 story building and have suffered several floods…Certified Restoration has been wonderful each time I find myself in this unfortunate situation. I like to give a specific shout out to Tad, who helped me manage the process. Tad, was professional and kind during a stressful time. He educated me about how to work with my insurance, options to mitigate costs and he worked well with the other trades people that I needed to coordinate with to restore my condo. Tad made recommendations of other service providers and each of them where equally pleasant to work with during an unpleasant situation. I hope I don’t need these services again, but if I do I will call them again AND if you are reading this because your home suffered water damage, give yourself some peace of mind and hire Certified Restoration.
