Bryan

Bryan is a Master restoration technician with extensive training and hands-on capability in property disaster recovery and damage mitigation, specializing in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, biohazard cleanup, and trauma and crime scene cleanup. He brings a detail-oriented, safety-first approach to assessing affected environments, containing damage, and restoring spaces to a clean, stable condition while following established industry protocols.

He holds recognized industry credentials including IICRC training and a strong background in mold inspection and remediation. His coursework includes Advanced Mold Inspection Training (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, issued 02/26/2024), Certified Mold Technician (Interactive Occupational Training, completed 02/21/2007), and the Mold Remediation in Buildings 4-day technical seminar (ET&T, completed April 10–13, 2007). Bryan has also completed advanced technical drying and restoration programs such as Restorative Drying Two-Day Complete Technical School (DRIEAZ, completed 09/16/2000) and achieved GoldMorr System Master Technician certification (April 2010). His background includes Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Carpet Repair and Reintallation, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Applied Antimicrobial Remediation (IICRC) (Register No. 198374; expiration date listed as 11/2026).

In addition, Bryan has formal training related to asbestos and lead safety, including asbestos supervisor and inspector refresher courses (EPA-approved AHERA and Cal/OSHA-approved training through CALINC TRAINING LLC, 2013 and 2019), the Oregon Supervisor Refresher Asbestos Course (Project Workplace Resources, completed May 21, 2021; expires May 21, 2022), and Lead Hazard Communication Annual Lead Awareness training required by OSHA (HazTrainer Multi-National Inc., training date 06/17/2019; expires 06/17/2020).
In the fire restoration domain, he received the Master Fire & Smoke Restorer designation from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) (presented June 30, 2009).

Bryan currently serves as a Restoration Technician at Certified Restoration Inc. (October 2024 to present), working remotely across North America and based in San Diego, California.
